We are a direct lender so we make all of the decisions in-house and do not have to rely on outside investors to fund our deals. We have flexible terms with programs available.

At A.R.T we provide financing for private mortgages and loans throughout southern Ontario and major metropolitan areas in the United States. Both first and second mortgages are considered.

A.R.T is only interested in your property’s value and doesn’t place importance on your credit or income history. This makes qualifying for a private mortgage with us simple and efficient.

As PERESIDENT OF ART FINANCIAL (ADDY ROBATI) has been lending private money for over 15 years in the commercial and residential spaces. ADDYS extensive experience ensures clients find their optimal product through detailed needs analysis and comparison with years of best practices across industries.
As a direct private lender, ART uses common sense underwriting on our loans, with all approvals made in-house. We are dedicated to providing a quick response to time-sensitive loans, with the ability to issue commitment letters in as little as 72 hours and close in as few as 5 business days.
